| | WENDY CLARK - FINANCE OFFICER Wendy has been working for CRY since March 2004 and is AAT qualified. On a day-to-day basis Wendy oversee all the income and expenditure of CRY, making sure that all the money is banked, bills are paid and each project receives all the money that has been donated by our sponsors. She has described her work as "...both exciting and demanding, with many challenges along the way - there are always new and very worthy projects to support." |

| | MARTYN DUNSFORD - DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Martyn is the founder of CRY and Pastor of King's Community Church, Hedge End, affiliated to NEWFRONTIERS - a worldwide family of 500 churches. He has travelled quite extensively in Central/Eastern Europe and CIS nations including Russian Caucasus and Central Asia - speaking at churches and conferences, to both small groups and audiences of several thousand. Most of CRY's overseas projects involve partnering local church supported social outreach initiatives, with whom Martyn has long-standing connections. Martyn is also a trustee of the micro-business charity, SeedFUND. |

| | DAVID FARNDALE - EXECUTIVE OFFICER David's previous self-employed business experience includes retailing, publishing, sales and marketing. As well as his overall management of the charity, David is responsible for strategic business development which includes CRY CHARITY SHOPS. David joined CRY as a trustee in 1992 and was appointed Executive Officer in 1997. David is founder and President of non-profit US charity CRYUSA. and also a trustee of the micro-business charity, SeedFUND that helps poor people to become self-sufficient through establishing small business initiatives. |

| | MARCIA HAMMOND - CRY REPRESENTATIVE/ ASIA Marcia has been working for CRY since 2006. She has been responsible for the development, management and review of CRY’s projects in Cambodia. Marcia is a midwife and a public health specialist. Her work in Cambodia is working with the Ministry Of Health to help reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This has been achieved by the development and completion of three waiting houses in the provinces of the North East of Cambodia. Waiting Houses are facilities where pregnant women with complications are cared for and where the medical care is readily available. |

| | CHRIS PARISH - PROJECTS OFFICER Chris has been working for CRY since 2000. During that time he has been responsible for the development, co-ordination and review of CRY'S PROJECTS ensuring that they provide high levels of professionalism and care to the children and their families. Chris previously spent over 30 years as a Local Authority Social Worker where he experienced a range of professional and managerial roles and responsibilities. |
