All profits from CRY's Online Shop go towards our mission of rescuing and restoring young lives broken by poverty, oppression, exclusion and abuse.

Descriptions: All product descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible. As some of our NEW (non-donated) gift and craft products are hand made from natural materials there may be variations in colour, finish and dimensions. All items are offered subject to availability. Our website is updated when items become out-of-stock with an email in-stock notification option. The prices may be subject to change between batches.

Delivery & Shipping Methods: Please allow up to 14 working days for goods delivery, although we endeavour to dispatch goods within 72 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Goods are usually sent by 2nd Class Inland Letter or Royal Mail Parcel Post depending on weight.

If items are from different departments, you will receive separate parcels. If you have ordered several donated items and they are stocked at different shops, you will receive a parcel from each shop.

We currently don’t offer the facility to delay the despatch of any order.

Overseas Orders: We regret that we are only processing UK orders at this time.

Basis of S&H Charges: Goods are usually sent by the cheapest but most practical means. Postage and packaging costs are worked out on the basis of an items weight and there is a minimum and maximum charge. If your order comes to a total of £150.00 or more, postage and packaging is free. In just a few cases, we’ve factored a very small postage cost into the price of the gift. Higher value items (usually over £32 value) may require a signature on delivery. We may change the costs in the future, depending on the postage and shipping costs we incur. A total S&H cost will be shown if you view your purchases in our shopping cart.

ePdq Payment by Credit Card: Although card authorisation is obtained when credit card details are entered on the ePdq secure payment page, payments are only debited when goods are actually dispatched. The ePdq system also checks all card information, registered cardholder address, post/zip code, CVC security number, and verified email address to reduce card fraud. Therefore please make sure you enter all details accurately when paying by credit card.

Our Guarantee: We hope that you will be delighted with products supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply call us on 01489 788300 or write to us at CRYSHOP ONLINE, Care and Relief for the Young, 27 High Street, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5LF within 10 days of receipt of goods to arrange for a full refund (but minus S&H charges) or exchange. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
