 "BUY A BRICK" APPEAL FOR CAMBODIA
CRY urgently needs an additional £40,000 to be able to fund the construction of our new “P’teh Knioum” (My Home) Community Children’s Home in the remote northern province of Stung Treng, Cambodia. Will you please consider “buying a brick” for just £20 (US$30). You won’t receive a brick(!), but you will be helping us to change a needy child’s life forever, and helping uplift a whole community. 100% of your donation will go directly to this project. I WANT TO BUY A BRICK For each brick bought you will also be entered into a prize draw for a luxury hamper (winning entry will be drawn when either £40K has been raised, or 31 August 2012 latest). And if you would like to stay connected with the project after the Home has opened, you might like to consider sponsoring a CHILD or PROJECT under our well-established SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMMES. Valentina was 5 years old when she was found by the police in a dirty apartment she shared with her mother. She was neglected and surrounded by a variety of pets. She could hardly speak and behaved like an animal herself. Her mother is facing criminal charges and has been deprived of her parental rights.
