This is a unique, relevant, empowering, and life-changing experience for anyone between the ages of 18 and 25.
The candidates should be interested in serving the local church and exploring global and cross-cultural mission—with a special focus on supporting vulnerable children and young people in the Global South.
In partnership with your local Church, interns will undertake theological, missional, and charitable training and have an opportunity to complete qualifications in social justice and trauma-informed practices.
During the week, interns will attend online lectures, volunteer in CRY charity shops, take part in children’s or youth ministry within the Church, contribute to creative campaigns and other office-based tasks, and prepare for their placement at one of our children’s projects abroad (up to two months), depending on the internship format they choose.
The training curriculum will be led by one of our volunteers, Maurice Redmill, a retired pastor and principal with many years of academic experience. Most of the courses will be delivered by third-party partners, including Unreached Network, Jubilee+, Catalyst, and others.
This internship has 2 different options:
Option 1: The intern wishes to take a full gap year, from September to July.
Option 2: The intern wishes to complete only two terms, either September to March or January to July
Please contact us to find out more or register your interest for September 2026.
