KAREN GATES - FINANCE ASSISTANT

Karen works with Wendy doing the financial accounts. She is a part-qualified chartered accountant and is pleased to be able to use her accounting skills for CRY. Karen first joined the charity in 2002 and worked for 18 months. After an extended childcare break she rejoined in September 2007.

LINDSAY SIAN SNUGGS - SUPPORT OFFICER/EVENTS

Lindsay, the newest member of the CRY team, joined us in August 2011 and is working part-time alongside Rachel, helping with the office administration. With a background in media, Lindsay is excited to be focussing her energy and creativity into organising fantastic CRY events.

RACHEL STAGE - SUPPORT OFFICER/DESIGN

Rachel graduated in Electronic Imaging & Media Communication in 2002. Until joining CRY in January 2009, Rachel was working self-employed as a Graphic & Web Designer but now brings these skills as Support Officer, dealing with the administration and multimedia side of CRY, as she wanted to use her skills to make a difference in young people's lives. Rachel has recently gone part-time and is job sharing with Lindsay.

CLIVE WYATT - SHOPS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Clive has recently joined the CRY Team as Shops Operations Manager having previously spent 40 years working in the private, public and charity retail sectors. Roles have included regional management, training and people development, personnel, customer service and marketing."Children have been an important part of my life and a source of great joy; the opportunity to be involved in helping to recover young broken lives in some of the poorest parts of the world is a privilege indeed."
