We collaborate with artists and influencers from around the world to amplify our message, raise awareness, and advocate for vulnerable children.

Our Ambassadors

  1. Emma Kent | Emsy

    Emsy is a well-known British artist based in the South of England. She uses her talents in drawing and painting, among other skills, to inspire her followers to know God and to encourage them in their everyday lives. Additionally, she leverages her platform to advocate for CRY and the children we serve.

  2. Jay Ikwan

    Joseph Ikwan Ejim p.k.a Jay Ikwan is a recording & performing artist, songwriter, worship leader & non-denominational christian minister. He is best known for his eclectic styles of music and his Christian ministry. He uses his musical talent, influence, and platform(s) to raise awareness around the work of CRY.

Our Board of Trustees

  1. Seth Gyimah

    Seth is a civil engineer specialising in the water sector. He brings a wealth of experience from various industries, coupled with his extensive travel and wisdom, to support CRY’s growth and success. Seth joined the board in late 2024.

  2. Rachel Rigby

    Rachel joined the board in late 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience working in the international relief and development sector for various charities. Rachel now works for the National Society for Education - an historic UK charity which focuses on supporting church schools and the wider education sector in England and Wales. 

  3. Ian Chiddle, Chair of Trustees

    Ian has been involved with CRY as a volunteer soon after it first began and has been engaged in that capacity for many years. He has been active in many projects and commenced his most recent time as Chair in 2015.

  4. Olanike Bamodu

    Nike has been on the board since early 2018 and works in the commercial Risk Management sector. She brings this knowledge of the mitigation of risk as well as her general business experience.

  5. Craig Bousfield

    Letting people know about CRY is crucial and with his experience in marketing and branding Craig brings his knowledge and enthusiasm to help CRY develop in this regard. Craig joined the board in 2018

  6. Katrina Brown

    CRY is all about children and with a knowledge of how they develop Katrina brings her knowledge of teaching and working with them to the board which she joined in 2016.

  7. Mark Scott

    Mark has been a volunteer with CRY for several years, having visited projects in Myanmar and Cambodia, as well as helping out at various CRY events in the UK. He has recently retired from the Trust dept of a major international bank after 40+ years service and so is well versed in charitable trust operation, accountancy and financial services matters.
