This Christmas, every pound raised through our campaign will go directly towards meeting the ongoing needs of children who are living in CRY-supported children’s homes.
These are not institutions, but true homes — places where love, care, and belonging are at the heart of everything we do.
This campaign serves as an example of the tangible and transformative work being carried out through our partners among children.
CRY and Lolita*
A few years ago, while visiting our project partners in Bolivia, CRY met an extraordinary little girl named Lolita. She had already faced challenges early in life, but since joining our partner home, she has begun to thrive.
Lolita was welcomed into the care of our partners in Bolivia, a children’s home supported by CRY. This is a place designed to be a family for young girls, offering safety, love, and the opportunity to grow, learn, and flourish.

Homecoming
Lolita discovered what it meant to be truly loved and cared for. With the support of CRY, she began to experiene hope, and the joy of belonging.
Today, Lolita attends a private school tailored to her needs, has a home filled with “big sisters” who care for her, and affectionately calls our partners, “Papa” and “Mama.” Her heart has found a home.
Her story reminds us that at Christmas, hope, redemption, and freedom are ours to receive. The Christ child born in Bethlehem — the King who still transforms lives today — invites each of us into a true homecoming.
Our Christmas Campaign
This story is one of many from children who are growing, learning, and thriving in the care of CRY-supported homes and foster families around the world. It also highlights the vital work carried out by CRY and our partners, providing safe, loving environments and opportunities for children to reach their full potential.
This Christmas, every pound raised through our campaign will go directly towards meeting the ongoing needs of children, who are living in CRY-supported children’s homes and foster services in:

- Zimbabwe
- Sri Lanka
- Mauritania
- Liberia
This is our most ambitious Christmas campaign ever, as we aim to raise at least half of the funds needed to support these children in 2026 — a vital £26,000.

As you give towards this campaign, you become part of the story — shining God’s light into a child’s life. This Christmas, let’s give more children the chance to say: ‘My heart has found a home.’
Here’s what your support can achieve:
£25 – provide counselling and emotional support for children, helping them grow in confidence and resilience.
£50 – contribute to safe shelter, daily care, food, and clothing.
£100 – cover monthly tuition fees for children who finally have the chance to go to school.
£250 – provide food for a month for one of our children’s homes across the world.
